Ingredients

Spices & Herbs, Desiccated Coconut, Salt, Sugar, Maida (Wheat Flour – Gluten), Corn Starch, Acidity Regulator (E330), Colour (E129), Garlic, Ginger, Onion, Curry Leaves.

Method

  • Open the packet and transfer the contents into a bowl.
  • Add one egg and 100 ml of water.
  • Mix thoroughly until a smooth paste is formed.
  • Marinate the chicken evenly with the prepared paste.
  • Allow it to rest for 1–3 hours.
  • Deep-fry the marinated chicken in hot oil until fully cooked and golden brown.
  • Add curry leaves and slit green chilli for enhanced flavour while frying

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened, reseal tightly and use within 3 months.
