Kerala has always sun-dried its seasons. Long before refrigeration, households across the state dried vegetables, chillies and curry leaves in the sun to keep the harvest’s flavour through the year — a way of cooking passed down rather than written down.
Fabulous Foodz takes that tradition and puts it in a pack. Each mix pairs a base of sun-dried, dehydrated vegetables with a small-batch spice blend — roasted and ground in-house, not bought in bulk and decanted. The dried base does the work that chopping and simmering fresh vegetables would otherwise take an hour to do; the spice blend does the work of a kitchen cupboard full of individually measured jars.
That’s the whole idea: no chopping, no grinding.
